Secure transmission

Transmit documents securely.

Secure document transmission after prior consultation. Send administrative decisions, contracts or letters to our firm. Transmission is transport-encrypted via HTTPS; your files are forwarded to us by e-mail and are not stored on the server.

What to bear in mind
  • Permitted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC and DOCX. Other formats are not accepted.
  • Maximum size per file: 8 MB. Total size of all files: 20 MB.
  • Up to 5 files per submission.
  • Password-protected or encrypted PDFs cannot be opened. Please remove the protection before uploading, or send us the password by a separate channel.
  • Transmission is transport-encrypted via HTTPS and then forwarded to the firm by ordinary e-mail. There is no end-to-end encryption.

Deadlines: An upload does not meet or preserve any deadline. Deadlines are only monitored once the engagement has been expressly accepted. If a deadline is running, please also call us.
